The Pocomoke City Industrial Park, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, has 60 acres available for immediate sale. The County offers a 7-year 100% personal property tax credit on manufacturing and pollution control equipment; it also offers a full exemption on R&D equipment. Low interest financing for working capital and fixed assets are available through a local revolving loan fund; the county also participates in most federal and state financial asssistance programs.
