The Fleet Management Division is responsible for the preventive maintenance and repairs to approximately 300+ vehicles and pieces of equipment. In addition, Fleet Management is responsible for the procurement of County vehicles and equipment, as well as the timely disposal of all vehicles and equipment as well as surplus miscellaneous items. Normal procedure for disposal of vehicles and equipment is through an online auction which is usually held yearly.
Fleet Management is also responsible for the daily operation of the County’s Central Fuel Facility as well as administering the contract for the maintenance of all County Emergency generators.
