The Worcester County Library is seeking community input on the library’s next strategic plan. A survey is available on the library’s website (WorcesterLibrary.org).
Look for the “Take Our Survey” tab or click HERE. The survey asks respondents how or if they currently use the library, what their experience is like, and what types of programs and services they would like to see the library offer.
“Customer feedback is integral to the strategic plan process. We want to hear if we are meeting the needs and interests of the community,” said Jennifer Ranck, library director.
Survey will close mid August. In addition, listening sessions will take place this fall for community members to share their thoughts and offer feedback.
