Effective immediately, Worcester County Fire Marshal Matt Owens issued a burn ban, and ALL outdoor burning is banned for an indefinite period of time in Worcester County.

Worcester County Government Operating Hours for Columbus Day, Monday, October 14
Worcester County Government (WCG) offices, including Recreation and Parks, will be closed Monday, October 14, 2024, for the Columbus Day holiday.
The five branch libraries will also be closed for staff training.
The Central Landfill and Homeowner Convenience Centers will be open Monday during standard hours of operation.
